Our primary objective is to ensure that our products and services consistently meet our customers’ requirements and expectations. We provide prompt service, clear communication, and timely delivery. By collaborating with our customers and sharing our expertise throughout the food chain, we collectively create better and safer products.

Sustainability

Sustainability is a core component of our business. We implement a unified sustainability program for our starch and flavor business areas, aligning our efforts with the milestones of the UN Agenda 2030 to adhere to global sustainable development guidelines.

Lyckeby’s production process emphasizes high circularity. We utilize the entire starch potato:

• The potato fiber is refined into a food-grade product.
• The protein is repurposed as animal feed.
• Fruit juice and process water are returned to the fields as fertilizer and irrigation.

We are continuously working to minimize our environmental impact and have assessed our most significant sustainability challenges. The key issues are reducing carbon emissions and phasing out fossil fuels. Our goal is to align our efforts to reduce environmental impact with the Paris Agreement. Research and development play a vital role in our vision of creating a “green starch factory.”
