Lyckeby Gelling Starches

The Lyckeby Gelling starches for low fat spread are specially developed to suit the process conditions for this type of products. The starches have a low warm viscosity, that facilitates the production, and provide texture and stability during cooling. The gelling starches provide a rich mouth feel and good spread-ability properties to the low fat spread.

The Lyckeby Gelling starch range is potato-based and free from GMO and allergens.
